To create a table, click on the ‘New tool’ button on the left side of the main page of the scene, and choose ‘table’ from the options that appear on the right side of the screen.
You can specify the properties of the new tool in the pop-up window, which are the following:
- Name of table: The new table will appear under this name in the tool list.
- Chief editors: They can set the type and content of the columnd headers.
- Data editors: They cannot add column headers to the table, they can only add rows to it.
- Viewers: They can only view the table contents, but cannot add content to it. They can also export, view the members and statistics of the tool.
- Custom settings: Role rights can be given to users individually.
- The maximum number of recorded rows by data editors
These only apply to data editors:
- Start of editing: The time from when the cells of the table can be edited.
- Start of row recording: The time from when the rows of the table can be edited.
- End of recording: New rows can be added to the table until this time.
- End of editing: rows can be edited in the table until this time.
- First column is the creator of the table: The name of the author of the row will be displayed in the first column of the table.
- The creator of the row is only seen by chief editors: The column set in the precious point will be only displayed to chief editors.
