The features of the tool can be set or used in the menu on the left side of the page. 

Full screen view

• If a table contains lots columns and rows, it is likely that it will not fit into the field of the table. The full-screen mode enables you to view the table in a bigger surface.

• To enter full screen view, click on ‘Full screen view’ and the layout of the screen will change

• If you want to exit the fulls screen view and go back to normal view, click on ‘Normal view’ in the upper right corner of the page. If you want to record new data (and you have authorization to do so) click on the ‘add new data’ button.

Statistics

• To view statistics of the tool, click on ‘Statistics’ in the left side menu.

Export

• Tables can be exported to Excel files. To do this, click on ‘Export’ in the left side menu, and  the system will download the data in .xlsx format.

Members

• If you click on the ‘Members’ menu on the left side, the users who are members of the tool can be viewed and a namelist can be printed.

Settings

• The properties that have been set when creating the tool can be edited here.
