To create a new idea box, click on 'New tool' on the main page of the scene, and choose 'Idea box'. 

A window will appear, where you can set the preferences of the tool: 

• Type in the name of the Idea box. 
• Add the start and the end of collecting ideas
• Add the end time of the voting.  
• Announcers: they can add ideas, modify and delete them. 
• Participants: they are the members of the brainstorming, they can add new ideas and vote for others' ideas. 

• Description: you can add a short description of the tool here. 
• Tags: you can add tags to the tool.
