To create a new entry, click on the 'Create news entry' button on the right section of the page. 

Fill in the following fields: 

• Title: the title of the news entry 

• Content
• Tags  
• The time of appearance can be set:

    o Immediately
    o Delayed: the poster can set when the post would appear for readers

In the news entry the poster can:

• insert emoticons
• embed video
• attach files
