To create a Microproject tool in a scene - if given the authorization - follow the instructions below. 

Enter the scene where you wish to create the new Microproject tool. 

In the left side menu, choose New tool, and in the list of tools, choose Microproject. 




A window will appear, where the necessary settings have to be completed. 

Title of the project: The name of the Microproject tool. 

Start: The date from which the Microproject tool is available. 
End: The date until which the Microproject tool can be modified. 
Visible from: The date from which the tool is visible and available for members. 

Managers: They can assign new tasks, and can freely evaluate all members. 
Members: They (usually) cannot assign new tasks, can upload files, and can evaulate other members. 
Evaluation of members of task: Here members' evaluation of each other can be set. In the type of evaluation field, the type of evaluation can be set from a list. 

If these settings are finished, by clicking on Next, you can navigate to the next page, where you can type in a description and tags to the tool. 

On the next page, restrictions and authorizations can be set to members, which can be done by marking the appropriate checkboxes. 

When you are ready with the settings, click on Done and the tool is created in the scene.
