If given the authorization, a new task can be added to the project the following way. 

Enter the Microproject tool. This can be found under Microprojects in the list of tools in a scene. 

Click on the name of the Microproject tool. 

Here you can find under the name of the Microproject the description, the tags, and attached files. New files can be uploaded here as well. 

A new task can be added with the New task button. Enter the name of the new tool, and click on the '+' symbol next to the field. The task will then appear in the list of tasks.
