The Link tool is for organizing URL-addresses and sharing it with members of scenes. 

Students can only see the links which are uploaded by the professor and they cannot add a new link. 

The Link box can be found among the other tools in the scene's main page.

If you click on the name of a link folder within 'Links', then you can see the links that it contains. After that, you can open the links.
