Create an application

You can create an application in the following way.

On the main page of the scene, click on 'New tool'. From the appearing options, choose 'Application'.

A 3-step setup window will appear, and here you can type in the properties of the new tool.

Name of the application:	The name of the application, mandatory to fill.
Start of application:	Participants can apply from this time.
End of application:	Participants can apply until this time.
The application has closed:	With this tool, the owner can stop the application anytime, and restart it later.
The application can be modified:	If set, participants can modify and delete their own application.
Others' application is visible	Participants can see each other's application, if set.
Description of application:	A short description of the tool.
Tags of application:	Tags that help to find the tool in the search engine.
Minimum to select:	The minimum amount of applications. By default, participants can only apply for one option.
Max. to select	The maximum amount of applications. By default, participants can only apply for one option.
Min. and maximum of total score:	If the options contain points, the applicants have to choose a certain amount of points in order to proceed.
Enter text parameter:	Besides application, the applicant can write a comment in the application field.
Text parameter is mandatory:	If set, applicants can only apply, if they filled in the comment section.

If finished, click on 'Done'.
