Questions can be added to the study material the followign way. 

Select 'new question' below the chapter you want to create the question in. 




The question editing field will appear, where the question can be entered. 

Under the question field, enter the answer options, and indicate the correct answer. More options can be entered with the New possible answer button below the existing options. 



When finished, click on Save.
