If you enter the Video Consultation tool, you can see the existing consultation appointments, and the “create new appointment”, and in the next window, you can specify:

• the end and beginning time of the Consultation appointment
• the maximum number of applicants for the appointment
• the appointments can be specified to a certain scene, so it will only be available to the students of that scene
• a description can be written about the appointment, files can be attached, and the text can be edited

When the appointment of the Video Consultation is set, click on ‘Save’ and the video consultation will be set up.

If you have an active, current appointment of Video Consultation and you attempt to log out, the system will notify you about the ongoing appointment.
