You can move files from one folder to another or paste them from a scene to another. Click on "New / File or subfolder (select from Documents)" button. 

Select the required source (My documents or a scene) and navigate to the files that you would like to move.

1. Select the file(s) you want to insert to another folder or scene. 

2. Click on "Copy selected file(s)", if you want to make a copy of the original file(s). 

If you will modify or delete the original file(s) later, the copies of them will not be modified. 

       
3. Click on "Link selected file(s)” if you want to use a link of the original file(s). 

If you modify or delete the original file(s), the copies of them will also be modified or deleted automatically. So we recommend you this way of copying files.
