Question forms

What can Personal Question Forms be used for? 

You can store the questionnaires created from the questions in the Question bank, which only you have access to. The questionnaires can be used for creating self-assessment tests, exam tests, or surveys. 

Find Questionnaires

You can find Questionnaires in the upper middle menu, by clicking on Questions and Test Storage. 

Create, modify and delete a questionnaire

In order to create a new questionnaire, modify, or delete one, open the list of questionnaires.
