MagyarImport and export glossaries
You can export your glossary to an XML file and also import definitions from text files or XML files into CooSpace.
How to export
Use the "Export" button to make an XML file from your glossary. Only those definitions will be exported into the XML file which are in the topic that you selected. Subtopic of the exported topics will not be exported. The XML file will be saved on your computer.
How to import from XML to CooSpace
You can import XML files that have been exported from CooSpace with the "Import from XML" button. Browse the required file and then press the "Import" button.
Import from text files
You can copy and paste definitions from a word or an excel file into the textbox under "Import". You have to choose separators between terms; in case of the import of an Excel file, put tabulators between the definitions, and if you import a text file, put a comma or a semicolon.
