Create exam test

You can create exam tests in the following way. 

1. On the main page of the scene, click on 'New tool' and from the appearing options, choose 'Exam test'.

2. In the pop-up window, you have to specify the properties of the exam. These are the following: 

Exam name:The name of the exam, which appears for the members of the exam. Mandatory to fill.
Start of exam:The exam is available from this time.
End of exam:The exam is available until this time.
Location of exam:If the exam is taken in a specific classroom, the information about it can be provided here. 
IP addresses:*

The creator of the exam can limit the access to the exam to only the users in the classroom with this tool. 

Supervisors:Appoint which users can get supervisors' right from the members of the scene. 
Examinees:Those users who are going to take the test. 
Custom settings: You can set the rights of members manually user by user. 
Description of test:Short description of the test. 
Tags:Tags about the test, based on which users can find the tool with the search engine. 
Password to start:You can set a password, which members have to type in in order to be able to start the exam. 
Password to continue:Supervisors can set a password that membert have to type in if they want to continue the test at some point. 
New page at every question:Can be chosen from three settings. 
Random question order:Can be chosen from three alternatives.
Maximum time of completion:The maximum amount of time spent with answering the questions in the test. 
Maximum number of completion:One examinee can fill the test at a maximum of time provided here.
Final result:Can be set either the result of the best completion of the test, or the last. 



* IP addresses:

IP addresses have to be separated by comma, space or space plusz comma, which can be in the following formats: 

  • simple IP address (pl. 195.123.234.5)
  • domain with prefix (pl. 195.123.234.0/24 => 195.123.234.0, 195.123.234.1, … 195.123.234.255)
  • domain (pl. 195.123.234.5-100 => 195.123.234.5, 195.123.234.6, … 195.123.234.100)
