In CooSpace, creating surveys is similar to creating exam tests - first, you have to collect the questions in the question bank, then create the survey, and finally, set the properties of the survey. Surveys are great tools for collecting feedbacks (e.g. user satisfaction, evaluation). Within the properties, you can also make anonym surveys, and after users have filled it out, the system can evaluate the results and provide statistical data that also can be exported for further use. 

If you are a student in a survey then you have to follow the same steps as in an exam except that surveys can be found in the "Surveys" box and that you can not review your answers after closing the completion window.
